Kathy Piccione, REALTOR®

Kathy is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the South Carolina Association of REALTORS®, the Western Upstate Association of REALTORS® and the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS®. She is a long time native of the Greater Greenville area, and a graduate of Lander University in Business Administration and the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate. She began her MBA while working at Fluor Daniel before marrying her husband, John R. Piccione, DDS and relocating to Chicago. There she worked for First Boston Corporation in Municipal Bonds and Public finance, before starting a family. After almost a decade, she and her family relocated back to Greenville in 1994, where they have resided on the Eastside for over 25 years as well as “weekend living” on beautiful Lake Keowee. She has extensive knowledge not only of Greenville and the surrounding area, but Lake Keowee as well. They have 3 grown children who share her love of the area and have chosen to remain in Greenville. She and her family have been members of Advent United Methodist Church for over 20 years, and have supported many charities including St. Jude, The American Heart Association, McCall’s Hospice House and Cancer Research, The Monroe House, Greer United Ministries, March of Dimes, and Meals on Wheels. Having moved away from the area, Kathy knows the treasures the Upstate has to offer with nearby lakes, college football, the performing Arts, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, the beaches of Charleston, and the lovely Blue Ridge Mountains. When she is not working, Kathy enjoys dancing, boating, biking and she’s passionate about college football! Tailgating with her family and friends is her most favorite time of year, where precious memories are continually made! She can’t think of a better place to enjoy life and call home, and can’t wait to share her knowledge of the Greenville area, and Lake Keowee with you!
